Carioca is led by EXECUTIVE Creative Producer Carolina Gesser.
Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Carol has spent over 25 years producing work around the world, and for the last 15 years, is based in Queensland, Australia.
She started young — producing bands, festivals, music videos, and events — and quickly fell for the rhythm of life behind the scenes, and turned it into a successful international career in film, documentaries and commercials.
That experience shaped a producer known for making ambitious ideas happen, anywhere, with clarity and conviction.
